THE M-SHOT

The M-Shot is a procedure that involves taking platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood and injecting it into your penis.

If you are a man who would like a boost in your sex life and experience the sexual performance that you deserve, then the M-Shot for men, could be right for you.

The M-Shot benefits are multiple and it is a pioneering treatment that helps men across the world to gain back their self-confidence by giving them back their sex drive, improving erectile issues such as impotence or the inability to maintain an erection, while also offering increased size and girth.

The Procedure

The M-Shot is a non-surgical procedure that uses the growth factors a man has in his own body (PRP) to naturally stimulate penis rejuvenation. The M-Shot is ideal for Peyronie’s Disease and Erectile Dysfunction. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) found in the blood is used to stimulate the growth of new, younger tissue, bigger girth and the increase of blood flow.

The M-Shot is a minimally invasive, in-office procedure that offers long-lasting results for men who want to enhance their sex lives or recover the libido and prowess they once had. By using the body’s own powers of healing and strengthening, the M-Shot can enhance size, staying-power and drive for better sex for men and their partners.

Why the M-Shot is great for you

The M-Shot treats the penis with blood-derived growth factors – specifically platelet-rich plasma or PRP. The M-Shot stimulates the actual growth of new tissue, so results are not from a foreign intervention, but from the body rejuvenating and healing itself.

Some causes of erectile dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is caused when a man fails to achieve or maintain an erection during sexual activity. While a single instance of a failed erection is no cause for concern, when it occurs more than 80% of the time it is a definitive case of erectile dysfunction. ED has a number of root causes, both physical and mental:

·         Diabetes

·         Obesity

·         Low testosterone (Low-T)

·         Depression

·         Stress

·         Peyronie’s disease

·         High blood pressure

·         Heart disease

·         Anxiety

In addition, certain medication and behaviours put men at risk for suffering through erectile dysfunction. These include:

·         Alcohol use

·         Smoking

·         Drug use

·         Injuries

What to Expect During an M-Shot Treatment

Most men find the procedure very comfortable using a topical lidocaine cream given that injections use a ½-inch, 30-gauge needle.

When you arrive at the office, the first step is to apply numbing lidocaine cream to the penis, covering all of the injection sites.

The PRP process begins with a blood draw from your arm, just like any routine blood test.

We then use a centrifuge to separate the blood sample. The platelets are treated with a calcium chloride solution, which triggers their healing response, causing them to release growth factors that rebuild tissue. The liquid is transferred to a syringe and injected into the penis at the predetermined sites for customized treatment and results.

M-Shot Frequently Asked Questions

What is in the M-Shot?

The key in gradient in the M-Shot is Platelet Rich Plasma, or PRP. PRP concentrates the healing and growth factors in your blood into an injectable treatment. The PRP in the M-Shot helps to improve blood flow to the penis, resulting in stronger, longer, and more sustainable erections.

What is Platelet-Rich Plamsa (PRP)?

Although blood is mainly a liquid (called plasma), it also contains red cells, white cells, and platelets.  The platelets are vital in the blood clotting process.  However, platelets also contain hundreds of proteins called growth factors which are very important in the healing of injuries and tissues.

PRP is plasma with many more platelets than are typically found in blood. The concentration of platelets and as such, the concentration of growth factors can be 5 to 10 times richer than regular blood. To obtain PRP, blood is drawn from the patient and the platelets are separated from other blood cells through a process called a centrifugation.

Who is a good candidate for the M-Shot?

About 5% of men that are 40 years old have complete erectile dysfunction, and that number increases to about 15% of men at age 70.  Mild and moderate erectile dysfunction affects approximately 10% of men per decade of life (i.e. 50% of men in their 50s, 60% of men in their 60s.)  Erectile dysfunction can occur at any age, but it is more common in men that are older. Older men are more likely to have health conditions that require medication, which can interfere with erectile function.

The M-Shot is a natural treatment option for many men looking for improved sexual health and function and an improved sex life.

How fast can I see results?

Many men experience improved girth with the M-Shot almost immediately after the procedure. Increases in the health and function of the penis are expected to occur approximately 3 weeks after the procedure.

Are there any side effects? Risks? Downtime?

The M-shot® is an in-office procedure. It takes about 30 minutes, and there is minimal discomfort and no downtime. Since it is made from your own blood, there are little or no side effects. Many men are able to have sex the same day of the procedure.

Where is the M-shot® injection given?

The injection is applied to the parts of your penis that are most important to sexual arousal and erectile function.

Is it painful? Does the M-Shot hurt?

Before giving the injection, we apply a local anesthetic (numbing cream) and/or a nerve block as needed to the penis. The anesthetic results is minimal to no discomfort.

How much increase in size can I expect?

It can take time to realize the results from the M-Shot, however after about 8-12 weeks, increases in both length and girth have been reported. As with any medical procedure, not all patients will experience every benefit of the M-Shot.
