Dr. William Lubega is a board certified Cosmetic, Regenerative Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon. He holds a Bachelors of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery degree from Makerere University College of Health Sciences, a Master’s degree in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from Mbarara University. He is also a Member Specialist and honorary Fellow of the College of Surgeons of East, Central & South Africa (COSECSA).
